"Strength" in comic books is hard to qualify, or quantify. One character always has to be stronger than another or there are no stakes. These are the most powerful beings, entities, and characters in all of DC Comics.

10) Anti-Monitor

The Anti-Monitor is a supervillain responsible for events like Crisis on infinite Earth’s and Infinite crisis. He is from the Antimatter Universe and is the counterpart to The Monitor. Following the recreation of the Multiverse, the Anti-Monitor was reborn and became a member of the Sinestro corps. His powers include Super Strength and Durability, Darkness Manipulation,Cosmic Powers, Anti-Matter Blasts, Resurrection, Immortality, Mind Control, Energy Absorption, Dimensional Superstructure and many more.

 9) Krona

Krona belonged to the ancient Maltusian race. He is a scientist whose only task was to seek knowledge about the creation of Universe. He made a machine, breaking through the temporal barrier, which allowed him to view the beginnings of time itself, but the machine exploded and caused the Universe to shatter thus creating Multiverse. This spawned the likes of The Monitor and Anti-Monitor. He is near immortal and invulnerable. He also possesses psychic powers, which include telepathy and psychokinesis.

 8) Mr. Mxyzptlk

He is a 5th dimension imp capable of doing almost anything he imagines. He can even erase any being from existence with a single thought. He is mostly known to prank Superman. Since he is a 5th dimension being, he is not bound by any physical laws, making him one of the most powerful beings in the universe, but he never uses hi powers for destruction. Rather he visits Earth only to annoy Superman.

7) Eclipso

Eclipso is a cosmic entity who represents the wrath of God and is known to be the Angel of Vengeance, but he turned evil and was cast out of Heaven, Spectre eventually took his place. Eclipso is sealed inside the Heart of Darkness, which appears as a small, black diamond. Eclipso possesses all those who come into contact with the diamond, most notably Bruce Gordon.

6) Decreator

The Decreator was a cosmic entity said to be the shadow of God, cast in the first moment of creation. It is dedicated to the complete eradication of all existence, and has power to make things spontaneously disappear from reality. The Doom Patrol succeeded only in slowing him down to such an extent that no one would notice the deconstruction of the universe by means of using similar vibrations equal to his powers.

5) Spectre

The Spectre is a cosmic being and the physical embodiment of God’s vengeance. He was one of the angels to rebel against The Presence along with Lucifer. His real name was Aztar. He later repented of his sins and, in return, was stripped of his memories and became the incarnation of His Wrath. This was his penance. Now known as the Spectre. He became a replacement of Eclipso. Permanently bonded to a human soul, he uses his incredible divine powers to punish the truly wicked.

4) Elaine Belloc

Elaine Belloc is the daughter of the Archangel Michael, who, along with his brother, Lucifer Morningstar, support Elaine on her quest. Michael hand over his demiurgic power to Elaine after being wounded by Fenris the Wolf. Eventually after the death of Michael and The Presence, Elaine take over the reins of Lucifer’s and Yahweh’s creations. After merging the two universes, she takes Yahweh’s place as the God of Creation.

3) Michael Demiurgos

Before any life, even before the DC Multiverse existed, Yahweh the Almighty created two brothers. Yahweh bestowed the two each a gift: Samael that of fire and will and Michael that of creation and Demiurgic Power. With God’s Demiurgic Power residing within him, Michael is often described to be the most powerful of all God’s created beings. Many years ago, during Lucifer’s rebellion in Heaven, Michael led God’s forces against Lucifer.

2) Lucifer Morningstar

Lucifer Morningstar used to be the most beautiful of all the angels. The most import thing for him is his pride. As discussed above, Yahweh created two brothers. But Samael(Lucifer) turned against Yahweh and led the rebellion of the angels in Heaven, taking on the name Lucifer Morningstar. He was thus sent to rule over Hell after he fell for more than 10 billion years.

In the history of DC universe, the Presence is the fictionalized counterpart to the God of the Abrahamic (but mostly Christian) religions. The Presence is the highest form of being in the DC Universe, having created the angels, namely Michael and Samael. The Presence is known as the God of the Covenant and the creator of the DC Universe and all within it. The Presence has undergone many different forms and known by many different names in the DC Universe, including Yahweh, The Voice, The Hand, The Source, The Presence and, oddly enough, Wally.
